Near the beach

The location is really the only good thing about this place. It’s directly across from the beach and close to several bars, restaurants, and Pleasure Pier. The staff are kind.

Ocean front

I love that it is right across from beach. Its close to alot of resturants and shops. People ran it very nice.

I really liked the staff. They were so friendly!

The room was decent for the price we paid, we loved being so close to pleasure pier and walking distance from food places!

property is what you expect from a motel, i had to book something last minute and decided to go here. location in right across from the beach and great walking distance to float bar and other eatery and bars. The room was ok the ac unit was very loud so made it hard to sleep had to eventually turn off the ac, and turn on the fan which didn’t do much.

The only good thing was the view. And that it was right next to the beach.

NOTHING! The ONLY good thing about this motel is that it is located on Seawall Blvd. and that's where the positive part of the experience ends.

The room was clean, convenient to the pier, and comfortable.

The bed and pillows were wonderful as far as comfort. However the bedspread was a bit oldish and didn’t feel clean. The owners were very nice and attentive.

The location of this inn is excellent, it's located near quite a few restaurants, the pier, and the ocean is just across the street. You get what you pay for and the pictures are exact. We spent most of our time out and about, and at the beach so it was perfect.

The location is great, right in the sea wall. The building is old and they had railings and air conditioners zip tied. Smelled strongly of roach spray. The room itself had new carpet and was very clean. The owners hover around you as you go in and out.

In the middle of everything fun. Beach right across the street and no noisy neighbors.

Location!! Can't beat having a bar next door and the beach right across the street for a decent price!!

The location is perfect. The rooms and staff are good. Definitely meet or possibly exceeds a 2 star hotel. 3 stars at best. Just right for price, location, and amenities.
